I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please contact us via email with:
- Your order number.
- 2-3 pictures with packaging and a short video of the damaged product.
Once received and found to be transit damage, we’ll be happy to send out another free of charge.

You must email us info@Toolgum.com before you returning the item. once email is confirmed by our staff you will be instructed to send the product to a returning address.
Our policy lasts 28 to 45 days. if individual product has its own refund time frame defined then that will be applicable to that product only. if the defined days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Product shipping and processing are done through fulfillment centers around the world, product shipped and processed from the same country(country of a customer) arrives within 3-7 working days.
